Join me for a relaxing Yin & meditation afternoon retreat where we slow the pace of living right down.

With rushing here and there, we often have little time to pause, reflect or process the million and one things we’ve got going on in our lives.

Let me be your guide as you to transition into a slower pace of being for a couple of hours. Working with the breath and a series of Yin Yoga poses and calming meditations, we’ll take time to tune out of our daily grind and tune into ourselves.

Find out what’s happening inside of us, what parts of us need some much-needed TLC and give ourselves just that.

Yin is a slow, slow practice where we hold poses for between 3-5 minutes. This gives us plenty of opportunity to sink into our bodies, letting go of the tension and sense of frantic racing that many of us hold.

This experience is suitable for experienced yin yogis and beginners.

The venue will offer some mats, bolsters, blocks and blankets, but do feel free to bring your own.

Please bring your journal and pen, as you'll have space to journal as you integrate what comes up for you during the retreat.

This 2.5hr experience will be topped off with delicious, yummy feel feel-good treats and tea.
