What is The Slow Revolution?

The Slow Revolution is about embracing a life that’s slow, intentional, full of self-care, fierce compassion and wanderlust.

Guiding childless and childfree women on an ever unfolding journey using holistic counselling, slow living practices and mindful adventure.

My goal is to reconnect with your body, rediscover your passions, and live life on your own terms - at your own pace.

Calm your mind

In today's fast-paced world, our minds often feel overstimulated, caught in endless thoughts about the future or past, and distracted by multitasking.

Together, we'll explore slowing down, becoming mindful, and challenging the thoughts / beliefs that keep you stuck. 

Where needed, we'll work on healing past wounds and negative experiences that can hold you back. Learning to quiet your busy mind and embrace rest without guilt.

A calmer mind, supports greater clarity, focus and flowing creativity. 

Examples of effective tools for this are; time chunking, Bi-Lateral Processing, Parts Therapy, and Somatic Processing. 

Together, we’ll lovingly creating plans that’ll support you to move forward in your business and life, mindfully and compassionately.

Nourishing your body

In our mind-focused world, it's easy to neglect our body's needs and feel guilty about it. 

At The Slow Revolution, I help you connect with your body through gentle, nurturing guidance.

We’ll explore mindful movement, nature walks, tension-releasing practices, and nourishing your body with the right foods. 

Instead of strict routines, we'll take small, manageable steps to boost your energy, relieve stress, and reach your goals.

I'll teach you how to support good digestion, choose the right fuel for your body and mind, and use supplements effectively. 

We’ll also focus on intentional movement, yoga, and breath work to release held in stress and tension.

Stabilise your emotions

Are you often overwhelmed by emotions like fear, panic, anxiety, anger, or depression? These feelings can be powerful and all-consuming, but I’m here to help.

Guiding you to understand your nervous system, the fight-or-flight response, and your sense of safety. 

Many emotional patterns, often from childhood experiences like people-pleasing, can affect how you show up in your business and life. 

Recognising these patterns is key to healing and achieving your goals.

I’ll teach you techniques to regulate and reduce the intensity of these emotions, making them more manageable. Here’s how I can help:

  • Understanding your nervous system signals

  • EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and TFT (Trauma Freedom Technique)

  • Using essential oils and Bach Flower Essences

  • Journaling

Like you, many of my clients are empaths, highly sensitive individuals, or intuitive’s. 

Deeply feel others' suffering and can easily become overwhelmed or drained by certain people or situations.

These sensitivities can intensify negative during hormonal shifts, especially at certain times of the month or during peri-menopause.

Becoming aware of your sensitivities and learning to work with them is often the key missing piece for many women in building a successful business and life.

I offer guidance on aligning your energy by creating loving boundaries and incorporating practical, inspiring visualisations, meditations, mindfulness, and grounding practices.
